Nirmal Chongbang – Nepal

NirmalNirmal Chonbang recently received his Masters in Education (EPM) from Tribhuwan University, Nepal. He was very active in college life, working as a regional coordinator in Protection Human Rights and Fundamental Freedom in Nepal (2009 to 2011). He is also involved in Human Rights Social Awareness in Development Center (HUSADEC NEPAL) as a secretary since 2003. Nirmal is very interested in research about people around the globe, and in collaborating with people from different backgrounds. He believes that the solution to many of the world’s problems can be found in productive collective action. He is an advocate of human rights and justice, and interested in working with young people and empowering them. He has a key experience of mediation and advocacy after the moist insurgency in Nepal. Mr. Chongbang is also fluent in Nepali, English, Hindi, and Limbu.
